"Someday I will definitely ________________________."

Whatever your circumstances then, you were 100% certain that by 20, 70, 30, 40, -- take your pick -- you'd be _____________________________________.

Go ahead; have a little fun; provide a quick pleasure.
Fill in the blanks! Yes, now.

Unless you are a genuine vegetable, in which case you wouldn't even have gotten this far, there are things you would still like to do, be, and have in this life. If I offer you ten thousand dollars cash for every item you can list, how many things can you list that you would still like to be able to do before you die?

Go ahead, give it a shot: _______________________________________

_____________________________________________________________

_____________________________________________________________

_____________________________________________________________

How about when you were 17? Unless you've dulled your mind with lack of effort, are you capable of recreating, in your mind's eye --- right now -- the beliefs you held when you were 15 - 20 yrs old about where you'd be at age 30, 40, etc? Can you do it right now, as you read this?
If you couldn't be bothered doing this, please go bang your head against the wall several times

Fill in the margins, too. Write down several things that you were sure of 5, or 10, or even 20 years back if you can remember that far with at least a little bit of clarity (If not, then you must be senile, so toss in your chips, and this page, too).
Now, please identify for me the precise day that you woke up and decided to live a day that was virtually identical to the day before. Get up, punch a clock, go to work, have a drink. go home,....

Was yesterday pretty much the same as the day before? What about today? Got anything special planned for this evening? Are you trying to tell me that you did at least ONE MEASLY THING towards achieving anything that you want? Yeah, right.

How many languages do you speak? When was the last time you looked at your mate & saw something to be grateful for? (and commented on). Do you have at least ten to twenty grand socked away? Ever wanted to learn how to play guitar or piano, but just "haven't had the time? To nail bullseyes w/ bow & arrow, or darts? If you haven't either told or shown your kids recently that you love them, you'll understand how much you'll have contributed to them becoming losers: people who stop trying for a happy & rewarding life at some weird, unexplained date in time... usually in their 20', or early 30's, when they really don't believe in themselves...deep down... and so they stop trying... y'know, kinda like.... you?

Short and sweet: whenever we want something, whether it's a date with that verrrry nice-looking person over there, to learning new material for work, school, or what-have you, we find more ways to do it, have it, get it,... and if we can't find ways to do it... we create them.

Now I realize, and do understand, that most of the people who read this... ESPECIALLY you college graduates... are waaaaaay too stupid to actually change. You're so educated that you think you know what to do. If so, you'd be doing it. I know, I know: you've all got excellent "reasons" for just why it is you're not at the point in life you believed you'd be just 5, 10, or perhaps 20 years ago.
I'm not saying you have to go out and be a Leonardo da Vinci, a George Washington Carver, a Thomas Edison, or a Thomas Jefferson, in terms of accomplishments in so many different disciplines, as each of these men did...
but you can bet your bottom dollar that the single largest commonality observed in every single one of more than five thousand successful people was that each and every one of them failed... hundreds and thousands of times more than you and your whole family put together!! Because they TRIED more.

I'm not much on spectator sports, & I don't know if you are, but I'm asking you to consider the following:
-- Far more than any other baseball player, Babe Ruth suffered the greatest number of strikeouts. And the second-worst strikeout king? Hank Aaron. Then Mickey Mantle. That's right, the three biggest home run kings also struck out far more than any other players. Think it's coincidence?

2) What most people remember about Fran Tarkenton is that he successfully completed more passes than any other NFL quarterback in history. Do you think there's some connection w/ the fact that he also had more of his passes intercepted than any other NFL qb?
-- Ricky Henderson stole more bases than any other man in baseball history.... and yes, he was tagged out more times than any other. Are you catching on yet?

Do you think it a coincidence that Wilma Rudolph, a childhood victim of polio, went on to become the fastest lady in American history who broke THREE world records when she won three gold medals in the Olympics...? (Her records stand unbroken).
-- The greatest hitter in baseball was a man named Ty Cobb. His lifetime baseball average, over a period of many years, was an astonishing .367! No one has come close in the past 30-40 years. Here we have Ty Cobb, a professional, the best who ever lived. The fact that he had the highest average in history does not, change the fact that as good as even Ty Cobb was, he failed two times out of every three tries!! You've done no less, today you can do more.

If I offer you ten thousand dollars cash for every item you can list, how many things can you list that you would still like to be able to do before you die?

As a master does, or a millionaire; champion or billionaire

From a fun wedding or a better job, directing a movie or increasing your income just 50% within 100 days: no matter WHAT it is you want, knowing exactly WHY you want it, describing in detail exactly what you want, you are accomplishing at least 20 percent of the job. Now you only have 80 steps left - which we further reduce using high-powered shortcuts - your PowerGems.
What possible sense is there in fighting the simple application of mathematics?
If thirty-five and forty world-class masters or billionaires aren't enough to make each of us just shut up and listen, what about hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of world-class masters and millionaires, champions and billionaires, one at a time? Hearing the same methods over and over again has got to get through even the thickest mind; it's surely hoped that you're less intransigent than the average blockhead. The only possible way we know is based almost exclusively on what you do in the next 25 - 100 hours of your life. It will show so clearly whether or not you're willing to learn from the mouths of those who are already doing it at record-breaking levels.

You can actually change your life in the next 5 minutes!!! Put up or shut up. Describe, out loud & in writing, precisely what you most want in life. Begin creating a plan by writing out who can help you, & what 5 smaller steps you'd have to take in order to do or obtain it. You'll actually get energized just by writing down precisely why you want it. Not a generalized answer: a specific answer.

It's really true: you can change your life so dramatically, so far beyond anything you have believed about yourself up until now, and you can alter and sweeten your path in the next 5 minutes, not by talking about what you know... rather, by USING what you know. Talk less; do more: it's the only way we'll ever know who you are.

It's positively amazing how much, and how little, we really understand For example, most people who hear the three words "Write why not," even when they know that there's a "w" in front of the first word, "Write why not?" those 3 words sound perhaps unintelligible.

You understand the words, not necessarily their meaning. Most people who hear the three words "
Write why not," even when told that there's a "w" in front of the first word, "Write" will tell you that this sounds unintelligible. As with all wisdom, reviewing a gem repeatedly yields ever-increasing results.

One thing is certain. Use of these 3 words in the next few minutes can and will radically alter the remainder of your life. Significant, long lasting changes possible within a day or two, at most, a full week or two and beyond. Write why not

Such a wonderful shortcut, partly because it produces over and over again at accelerated speeds, literally without limit. the long-term, Use of these three words comprise not merely a bit of wisdom; much more importantly, one of the most useful techniques you will ever encounter in your life for obtaining more health or money or sex or understanding or whatever else you might want this week, this month, this year.

Write why not

It all begins with stating, out loud, in the next ten seconds what it is you'd most like.
No other talking, no thinking of anything else. Go ahead, say it out loud right now.
Excellent. You're now one fifth of the way to achieving it. No joke, no exaggeration.

Then, we need to list the reasons why we don't have it now... the specific obstacles.

Pareto's Principle reminds us that 80% of all results come from 20% of the efforts. Identifying specifically what is desired is apparently too difficult for the limited minds of most of us. It's the single toughest step, even tougher than taking step one, which accounts for another full 5% of the total task, which is identifying the obstacles to clear.

You need not believe what you're reading. If you're not living your life's happiest possible potential, your opinion is clearly way off base. This means you need to grasp a better, more comprehensive understanding of why you have two ears and only one mouth; two eyes and only one mouth.
If you're not getting it from the horse's mouth, it's reasonable to figure you're getting it from the wrong end of the horse. Proof? Take a look, and be honest, since no one knows but you and I, hm? Perhaps you have more sex than your neighbor does, but he or she (who knows these days?) may have better musical skills, or more money, or more exciting dawns. If you have it all, then why are you reading this unless it's to find faster, more powerful methods for getting where you want? Faster, that is, than you're getting there now, correct? If there's even one dream left in you that you haven't achieved, you'd be smart to simply duplicate the words and actions of those who have already repeatedly done what you want to do or have.

There is no faster route available, or currently conceivable, than duplicating the trails already blazed, true or not?

These people are by far the best possessors of shortcuts. Whether it took them ten, fifteen, even twenty years to find out what worked and didn't work for them, you get to avoid the majority of a trial and error process… because you can make use of their trial and error process. Do you understand how intensely powerful this is as a shortcut?
The basic act of identifying obstacles represents one of the three great powers of all human beings. The moment you commit the obstacles to paper, THEY SHRINK!!!

Please, please; don't tell us you know how true and how powerful this is: make use of it immediately!! Not only do they shrink, they are instantly matched by ideas that start popping up on how to resolve each one, one at a time.

How funny, when people think they understand something, not realizing there is inevitably a second, and even a third more profitable meaning to every intelligent statement that a human being can utter. It applies to all wisdom.

As for "
write why not;" it's simple, and powerful, and here's how it works.
If there is anything on this planet it would please you to have or do in the next few days, weeks, or months, one thing that would really please you that you're not now experiencing, just hush up and write why not; why you don't have it now or why you think you can't have it.

You're invited to tap into this hugely effective technique. Write why not. What are the obstacles? Why isn't it happening in your life? Why not? Why don't you have it?
Whatever the answer is, put it on paper. Write why not

If there's something in life that you want but don't have, there are one or more identifiable things that are preventing you from actually smelling it, having it seeing it, tasting it, playing it, painting it, feeling it, hearing it, whatever. Write down the one or more identifiable things that are preventing you from having it. Stop yammering and do it now. Write why not

This makes it much easier to focus on solving them, or resolving them, one by one, until you achieve it. It's so simple that we fail to see the forest for the trees. Knowing it means little until you're doing it. When you write why not, you are writing a map. You've never in your life arrived at any intentional destination without a map in your head or hands, or somebody else's.

There's no such thing as an accident, and the sooner you understand that the better off you are. A car collision is no accident: it is the result of not looking, or going too fast, or responding too slowly, or a hundred other excuses. There is only one reason for failure in anything. It is called insufficient effort. Everything else is an excuse.

You don't get to the milk store without creating an intentional, mental map of using your legs to carry you to your car, getting into the car, turning on the engine, and the thousand actions involved in getting there. Every one of these individual tasks is the result of uncountable millions and millions and millions of separate electrical instructions, all mapped out in our head.
We're so good at these little skills that we take them for granted.

That they are little skills doesn't change the fact that they're highly technical, complicated skills, accomplished ONLY through the use of millions and millions and millions and even hundreds of millions and more hundreds of millions of intensely sophisticated neurons and muscles and bones and fingers and feet and eyeballs and ears and toes and so much more.

Use this tiny skill immediately in order to begin producing immediate results.

Write why not

.When we see our obstacles in writing, and then go back to the mental image that was created the moment you said out loud what you want, you are stimulated to make action today, and then take action today that will bring you one and two and three steps closer than where you're at right now in relation to what it is you want.

Let me repeat: when we see our obstacles written down, and then connect them to the mental picture of having it already, it constitutes an actual stimulus to resolving those obstacles, so that you can get the feeling you get in that mental video. It's so simple to begin here, and get faster fruit. Stop talking. Please, don't tell us what you can do. Show us what you can do. Better yet, show the most important face you'll ever see in any mirror
.
Write why not
Who knows? Maybe it'll even take you to creating a written list of people and agencies that can help you to make it happen. Either way, we'll know today, won't we? We already know that every significant or difficult journey requires a written plan, called 'a map.'

We already understand that no decent home can be built without a written plan, called 'a blueprint,' correct?

Zig Ziglar used to point out that every great wedding must first be plotted and planned on paper, from lists of food, drink, flowers, etc... to the invitations and RSVP's. He suggested, "Maybe that's why weddings tend to be so successful, and marriages tend to be so unsuccessful: one is planned, in writing; the other is not.

Ultimately, we have to know where we're going if we want and intend to get there. Would any of us argue this point in a debate?

In truth, it's vital to the journey, and ultimate destination of, every human life... ... to plan it out properly, and in writing.
You see, my friend, when we don't know precisely where we're going, we'll most probably end up somewhere else, won't we? So please, for your sake, go ahead... write why not.

Doctors are Killing America

When you examine efficiency rates in America, you may be in for some small surprise. Of 416 career fields examined, 315 are all within a range of what we can comfortably call ' the norm.'

Of the remaining 101 fields, we find a wide range of effectiveness in job attempted vs. job accomplished. For example, one of the most efficient career fields is oil fire control. Those people, such as the internationally-renowned Red Adair, who fight often-explosive fires at oil drilling sites, enjoy a 100% efficiency rate because they ultimately get the job done every time.
Certain career fields, such as teaching, are difficult to qualify for quality of their effectiveness, and easier to quantify by way of graduation rates, and what their students end up doing five, ten, and twenty years later. Sadly, there's only one career field numerically identifiable as 'least efficient' in America, although enjoying a higher rate of efficiency in at least nine other nations. What makes it scarier is a double-whammy:
  1. The margin of its inefficiency is enormous: no other field comes close.
  2. It's a life-and-death career field!
If you're fairly well-read, then you already know that, comparing attempted job to successfully completed job, no career field has a lower rate of efficacy than the U.S. medical profession. Leading the way is, of course, psychiatry, designed to bring the patient back hundreds of times in order to pay for the psychiatrist's many luxuries. (It's worth noting that behaviorial psychologists and "inspirational motivators" have demonstrated a greater consistency and repetition of success with their clients)

Following right behind psychiatrists in the contest for "Most Inefficient" are the general practioners and surgeons. These are, by weighty margins, the two most inefficient fields in America, where, ironically, their persistent failures nevertheless gain for these practicioners enormous financial rewards and respect in the community despite their undeniably enormous failure rates, with thousands of people killed every week JUST through doctor error. This fact has been thoroughly documented here in America.

We can dislike this fact, and can find no shortage of debate on how to best fix it, or why this is so.
It is not, however, reasonable to argue the fact itself. Numbers do not lie, only people do.

Shortcuts
One of the five most effective shortcuts to immediately enjoying higher health, longer youth, and better quality of life in one fell swoop can be achieved with no expense, effort, or time on your part. In every case where you do so, your efficiency level continues to rise.
Actively accept that the single largest influence on your health, youth, and longevity is not to be found outside your own mind and body. Very few doctors can licitly claim a high healing rate. Unless you can afford for someone like Dr. Emil Kuwe or Dr. Andrew Weil, or Dr. C. Everett Koop or Dr Sarah Brewer, genito-urinary specialist who's written over twenty powerful books on health and medicine, to take care of you personally, then perhaps you'll adopt the techniques of these and other life-extending wizards.
The forerunner of the F.D.A. and the American medical profession determined that Dr. Kuwe's unpredented effectiveness in treating and/or curing many hundreds of supposedly incurable cases of bleeding ulcers, arthritis, specific cancer patients, and more, was due to nothing more and apparently nothing less than each patient stating sincerely and out loud, several times daily, "Each day in every way I'm getting better, better, and better."
Sounds cockeyed to me, too, yet only a fool argues with the horse's mouth: roughly 1,700 seemingly impossible cases were sent into remission or cured after orthodox medical treatment had yielded nothing and his patients did as he instructed. Do YOU know better than those who have already done it successfully? As always, your personal health practices speak so loudly we can't hear a word you say.
People like Dr. Weil and Dr. Koop, while relinquishing few of life's treats and delights, taught and lived long, active lives simply by ingesting far more water and foods that come from the ground. Not giving up cakes or other favorites, simply striking a balance between water, foods from the ground, and whatever other garbage you're happy about putting in your body.

Dr. Brewer and so very many other high quality researchers have proven that the simpler methods of stress reduction; getting quality sleep; using the simplest herbal remedies such as echinacea, garlic, selenium, ginseng, and lapacho ((Pau d'Arco) have instant and long-term power to increase a dozen or more facets of your health simultaneously.

Success Shortcuts
Those who walk the talk, versus those who only talk the talk, are our best teachers. They constitute active proof of what works. In terms of your health and longevity, the quality as well as the quantity of your life, why would you place unbalanced reliance upon, let alone pay obscene rates for, a group of people who irrefutably hurt and kill far more people than they help? This is low efficiency, from the 300,000 unnecessary heart surgeries each year (that's how many DIE within months of their surgery), to another 250,000 extra coffins each year just for those who were given the wrong medication, efficiency is not one of the claims we can hear from the medical community. When doctors cut off the wrong leg… and then have to cut off the sick leg anyway, are they held as accountable as a mechanic or a teacher who makes a grave error in a critical, life-changing situation?

Be efficient. Take control of your medical decisions by participating in those decisions.
You want better decisions? The internet alone provides you with almost every one of the top one thousand experts in every human field, including health and longevity, music or money. Hush up and find a few of them. Those better decisions will please and pleasure you in as little as a single day, and obviously a great deal over the coming weeks, months, years, and, should you actually stick with it, decades of better, happier, more fulfilled living than you're getting now. Efficiency is not much more than doing what you most want -- that you're now doing or might wish to be doing -- with less effort and expense than you're now going to.

Decisions affecting your present and future life, and even how long your life will be, are not decisions best left to someone who went to school for twenty-five consecutive years and is then given a license to merely practice what he or she has learned. Remember: What do we call the medical students who graduate at the bottom of their class?

We call them "Doctor."
More water. More fruits and vegetables. Use balance. Enjoy your efficiency!
You can thank me later. This is, by a huge margin, the biggest health boost that ever existed.

Your Medical Destiny

Take charge of your medical destiny. Today!!!
Get healthy. Take charge of deciding how long and how well you live. Controlling your weight is just one of many medical issues you can use to your instant, truly immediate benefit, as well as your long-term benefit.
These are the shortcuts of Masters and Millionaires, Olympic champions and billionaires.
They cost little or nothing, certainly less than you're paying now, and require less effort.
The best reason for taking charge of your medical destiny? Well, destiny and destination come from the same Latin root, and some of us believe that it's better to be the pilot of a boat in stormy waters than merely a hopeful passenger.
  1. Heart patients who improve their diets and lifestyles without surgery outlive those heart patients who DO have surgery, by a margin of up to fifteen years, sometimes more.
  2. During the three longest 'strikes' or job actions by doctors in the past 200 years, the death rate dropped dramatically within 24 hours of the strike's onset, and just as radically zoomed up when the action ended.
The moment you take this control back, you instantly add time to your life. You see, among a host of other benefits, you'll no longer need to have a worried-looking doctor telling you you're eating too much fatty meat, or smoking a bit too much. As your own doctor for all but traumatic injuries, you'll monitor yourself with more knowledge, less stress, and therefore better long-term prospects. You will save aggravation, money, thousands of minutes in waiting rooms, uncountable ergs of energy now wasted on worry about things that rarely come to pass, and, most of all, you will, statistically speaking, be saving your own life.

If you tell me you 'don't have time' to go to a library or to go on the Internet, I can only ask if you have time to sit for an hour or two waiting to be seen by the doctor. Have you even stopped to consider the insanity of this? Instead of spending an hour getting to the doctor's office, another hour or two waiting to be seen, worrying throughout that whole time that you have something dreadful, you can cut right through that entire mess of wasted time, money, worry, and effort…. By looking it up yourself and making better decisions. THEN, if you still need, or feel you need medical advice, you can get that too, faster, cheaper, and with less toll on your body and mind… asking experts on the Internet.

After all this, if you STILL feel you need to see the doctor, aren't you far better off going into that man or woman's office with far greater knowledge than you had before? With the knowledge you have gained, you can now participate in the decision-making process, rather than just leaving it in the hands of someone who cannot, and therefore does not, care as much about your life as you do. It's a logical, step-by-step process.

Better yet, even if, in the course of your going to the library, internet, etc., you should run into a term or a medicine that you don't recognize, you have instant access to finding your answers. Once again, should you need or believe you still need to consult a doctor, at least you'll know what the doctor means when he gravely pronounces that you have too much deoxyribonucleic acid in your body, hm?

In that last sentence I used the word "consult," and that's exactly what your doctor's job is: to CONSULT; not to order, demand or otherwise force upon you. His or her job is to generate money, and it's an unrealistic or overly-romantic individual who thinks otherwise, unless that doctor is working for a less than munificent fee for his consultation! Like every other number, the amount of his fee does not lie: it tells a great deal about his commitment to excellence. In the 1990's I frequently went to a Dr. Victor Chehebar, in Great Neck, NY., whose name was bandied about to me as being a 'brilliant diagnostician." He charged several hundred dollars per visit, even if it lasted but four or five minutes, which was more often than not, and never actually examined or treated me. He discussed reports, he issued prescriptions, he sent me to a variety of other specialists, and never actually touched me. It took about four thousand dollars' worth of visits before I surgically removed him from my diet, and I have to say that my healing process speeded up considerably.

When you see how doctors and medical professors seminally disagree on the most basic, simple life-extending methods and treatment, from low-fat/hi-carb, or low-this and high-that, to which medicine is best, or even what it is that needs curing, it's time to wake up and smell the coffee: you need to find out what's best for you, what has worked consistently for other successful people, and then duplicate the effort, knowing that there are virtually no known exceptions to the axiomatic truth that duplicating an effort leads to duplicating the result.
It's how you repeat every single successful task from birth to death, so let me repeat it: duplicating an effort inevitably leads to duplicating the result. Think about it. Don't just read and run past. Think about it. Then ask yourself clearly what result you most desire. The answer to that single question, and more so when it's a detailed answer, is a powerful, instantly utile path to enormously improved decision-making… ergo enormously improved results.

We all have high-powered shortcuts available to us that instantaneously guide each of us towards a far healthier life, adding both quantity and quality to our personal existence. Many of them begin working within seconds, and there is not a single human among you who can licitly decry or refute their effectiveness. Typically enjoyed immediately, and over the long term, you're about to boost your health with less effort or time than you're now investing. That's the single most important point of the information being presented: less effort, more results.

As a bonus for your faithfulness in shutting up and taking action, you'll also find that they instantly accelerate your results. Finally, the principles that underlie all that you're reminded of in these pages are principles that have specifically been used again and again, and yet again, by thousands of individually identifiable people who have consistently done it better than, well, let's bring it out up front… consistently done it better than you. That these people have also done it better than me need only affect you insofar as you see me duplicating their results by duplicating their methods. My lifetime dream of writing a hundred good documents had to change after I declared myself happy with my 200th fairly written essay. Now my goal is to write five hundred of them, and being at 330 or so now, it may well change again.
The only thing that doesn't change is my personal observation of people doing what they most love and learning how to do it better - from the horse's mouth.

These techniques have been practiced through countless generations by people who live longer and better. They are the horse's mouth because the best teachers are NOT those who know better; it's those who DO better.
If you're not getting it from the horse's mouth, which end of the horse are you getting it from? Old wives' tales actually tend to be about as worthwhile as the information touted as "the most current scientific data available." The tiniest example of this is "Jewish penicillin," an affectionate term for chicken soup. After 6,000 years of feeding chicken soup to sick people, we find that chicken soup has more benefit to cold and flu than any other known hot liquid.

Every single year of your life, you can find "solid scientific data" that utterly belies what was "solid scientific data" as recently as a year earlier. Doesn’t this give you a hint you want to heed? This portion of the world's largest connected set of web sites dealing with shortcuts is focused on health matters: PowerGems for health that are one-conditionally guaranteed to produce faster, far more effective results than any of us are able to achieve through what we erroneously refer to as 'conventional' medicine.

How nice it will be the moment you demonstrate an understanding of how doctors who give us the most, give us the most. They're also living it the most. When we see 'alternative medicine' specialists such as former Surgeon General Everett Koop or Harvard professor Dr. Andrew Weil leaving their high-up positions to live lives of enormous giving AND living, right into their 60's, 70's, and beyond, well, it's time to think about equine anatomy again. Doctors who push prescriptions make a fat commission on each piece of paper handed to you. STOP. Did you 'hear' that? Every time a doctor gives you a piece of paper with that unmagical Rx on it, that doctor is making money. Should you consider suggesting that all doctors, including every one of yours, is acting on a purely non-financially motivated basis, you'd be invited to move to what is almost universally considered to be the most religious neighborhood in the U.S.A. You'd be invited to do so simply because I did, and objectively observed larcenous skullduggery and criminal behavior a full order of magnitude more prevalent than in the heart of any of the world's more dangerous cities, where I've also resided. Just as those who are referred to as 'observant' in their religion so rarely do more than observe, few doctors who own or operate a medical practice are doing more than practicing their business. If this strikes the reader in any way towards being judgmental, the reader is asked to determine if the reader's doctor is driving a five thousand dollar car, or a fifty thousand dollar car. Then, you are asked to look at the Hypocritica -- oops, Hippocratic oath, and read it. READ.

If, God forbid, you accidentally cut your left arm off or get knocked unconscious, or suffer from horrible kidney pains, by all means go to a hospital. It means you've already made one or more very bad decisions, entailing a need for assistance from someone else. Had you been paying attention, you would not have been hit, cut, or infected. That's a whole different chapter. For just about every medical concern that's not involved with traumatic injury, you have no less than ten thousand resources available to you that are exponentially better for your recovery than going to your local doctor's office. From blood cancer or diabetes to psoriasis or high blood pressure, doctors can only be useful in
helping you to help yourself, rather than what is too-readily perceived as a "Help me, Doc!" kind of situation. Even if you've already made so many poor decisions that your health is in the proverbial pits, you can engage an instant reversal of trend, an immediate alleviation of symptoms, by simply following those who have done so successfully, and repeatedly.

This site is created with respect and reverence
for those doctors and surgeons who live simply and give largely.
How well you understand the foregong paragraphs is found in the way you've just responded mentally, along the lines of "Doctors heal people most of the time" Put your seat belt on, because the statement requires your examination.
  • You're not being told that doctors are useless; only that they are, by a fat margin, a secondary resource for you to heal, NOT the primary resource you've been using them as.
  • Doctors don't heal people; they can help people to heal themselves.
For example, you believe that the chemical in aspirin alleviates a headache, and that antibiotics cure infections, and thirdly, that prescription medicines are good for you. You are assured, by the only human being in history to have read more than 17,000 books in 33 years that all three of those statements are 100% false, misleading, and dangerous to believe.
  1. Aspirin does not cure your headache. When it dissolves into your bloodstream, the active ingredient sends an electrochemical message to your brain which instructs your brain to produce natural pain-killing chemicals that will ease the headache.
  2. When you take an antibiotic, the antibiotic does not have any influence whatsoever on the infection. When the antibiotic dissolves into your bloodstream, it sends an electrochemical message to the brain, literally forcing the brain to produce more of the natural chemicals that will fight the infection.
  3. It is the same way with every single prescription medication available on the planet. The drug itself does not cure anything; it only forces your body to do what it's already designed to do, speeding up the process through artificial means. It's fair to estimate that, in no less than 80 to 90 percent of the occasions where such stimulation of the natural process is necessary, you can achieve those same results through methods and/or substances that are not as dangerous as prescription medicines. This is where the falsity of the third erroneous belief comes in regarding the so-called benefits or safety of medicine.
  4. EVERY prescription medication has unpleasant side effects that are identifiably dangerous to the body. No known exceptions. They are specifically designed to assault and depress your immune system in hope of encouraging your immune system to fight back against the invader in your body. Hope? Encourage? Not very solid words for a science, are they?
That doesn't mean we should never take, for example, an antibiotic. It simply means that, before taking the drug we need to look at the side effects of that drug and then make an informed decision. You already use this process, often referred to as 'weighing the benefits against the drawbacks,' for many of the decisions you make in your life. What could be wrong with your thinking that, for the most precious of your resources, your life itself, you would leave such crucial decisions in the hands of someone who is far more interested in his or her own needs than in yours? Talk about stinking thinking!!

Why do you think that the drug is controlled by government agencies? You can't buy insulin or erythromycin or thorazine off a supermarket counter, you need to have a prescription. By law, every prescription must come with a piece of paper telling you all of the side effects and what we call contraindications, a fancy word that means to convey "all the things that can wrong with your body." Medicines are regulated by government for one reason only, my dear, and that is, THEY'RE DANGEROUS. When was the last time you read the little sheet that comes with your prescription?

Did you know that, for example, steroid-based medicines for many skin conditions, (corticosteroids) without exception are all severely dangerous to your liver and/or kidneys and/or …? Every medicine that requires a prescription requires a prescription because it has dangerous, sometimes lethal side effects.

In the year 2000, U.S. President William J. Clinton cited government reports establishing clearly that hundreds of people every week die 'by accident' because of misdiagnosis or being given the wrong medication. These occurences are not accidents, they are negligent homicides, because you can bet these doctors aren't making these mistakes with their children or parents or spouses, are they? As President, Mr. Clinton ordered that all federally-funded hospitals no longer accept handwritten prescriptions. Did you know this? Whether the doctor's chicken-scratch handwriting is being misread by the pharmacist, or the doctor is issuing the wrong medication for the patient, we know that eliminating handwritten prescriptions alone instantly began saving many thousands of you and your friends and relatives from dying needlessly.

Yes, yes, we already know that you believe it'll never happen to you. We can tell by the thousands of coffins being purchased and used month after month after month for people who "were doing fine just two days ago," who are now six feet under.

This site is also dedicated to you personally using time-saving, money-saving, aggravation-reducing, LIFE-SAVING PowerGem shortcuts to faster, better health and healing. As with all PowerGems, they are one-conditionally guaranteed to work. The one condition? They must be used. They are all chemical-free, unregulated by the government because they all involve natural methods that have been used, and are still used, by those people living longest and best. You are again asked that all-revealing question we began with:

If you're not getting it from the horse's mouth, from those who have already done it better than you, which end of the horse ARE you relying upon?
Take control of your medical destiny today. Reap the benefits immediately.

Stop and Think for Yourself

How to prevent being one of 550,000 Americans killed by US doctors every year

The U.S. Government claims and clearly documents that a half-million Americans are needlessly killed directly by their doctors every year in the U.S. No wonder Mr. Gutterman could afford to live in our neighborhood, owning several funeral cash-wringers, oops, excuse me, bereavement facilities or whatever the current politically correct term is.

No superior flexing of observation is required to absorb the reasons why it is a rare case for a doctor to serve a patient's interest more than the doctor's interest. Rare doesn't mean 'never,' it does mean "very infrequently."

If you've ever studied the Hippocratic oath and the typical income of doctors in the past few decades, words are not necessary. As in every facet of every human life, words are subordinate to the factual reality of deed.

Please do not confuse intentional injuries such as doctors carving their initials on a patient's stomach during surgery, or some similar act of a twisted mind with doctors who earn huge sums doing invasive things to the human body that cause far more injury than benefit. Did you know that the last four times a surgeon amputated the wrong leg the surgeon was still paid, and paid plenty? Or that, tragically, doctors insisted that the other leg had to be cut off anyway?

Make no mistake: a knife slicing your body open is not unreasonably termed "invasive."

At least 240,000 of the 300,000 angioplasties done last year were completely unnecessary. How do we know this? That's easy: 240,000 of these surgery patients died before the year was up. Claiming that they would surely have died anyway only leads to an observation that the surgeon and his hospital and his anesthesiologist did not receive a mere thousand or two thousand dollars for that one-time effort; did they? They got PAID.

That a surgeon is allowed to keep up to a quarter million dollars of cash for a surgery that killed the patient is truly astonishing. Hopefully, time and public disgust will change this. That's a responsibility that you will either accept, or not. If we cannot sway you into speaking up, we can at least apply these same facts to your instant benefit of health and wealth

In this meantime, the smartest possible course is to avoid having to go to the doctor in the first place. However hard it is for you to accept it, fact is fact, numbers don't lie:
Outside of tramautic injuries and so-called accidents -- (in point of fact there IS no such thing as an accident; only the results of bad decisions, including not paying attention to what's happening around us) -- outside of the treatment of traumatic wounds involving blood loss or bloodless head injuries, doctors, statistically, and too empirically kill and hurt far, FAR more people than they benefit. Please do not confuse this as an opinion: doctors have been killing people since long before they believed in bleeding and purging, a practice which only ended after nearly two thousand years of being a basic part of a physician's purported 'healing' methods.

Yes, from an emotional point of view great arguments can follow about this committed doctor or that dedicated surgeon. Those of you who are reasonably well-read know the factual truth.

In 1999, 260,000 people died in U.S. hospitals JUST from being administered the wrong medications. Do you need to be told who hand-wrote all those prescriptions? Can your brain even understand what it means to lose 260,000 individual mothers, fathers, children, sisters, and other loved ones because of a wrong medication being administered?

Do you have sufficient faculty of visualization to see the coffins of 300,000 victims of unnecessary bypasses? We're not talking about the rare case here, friend; we refer to the governmentally-documented fact of several thousands of people killed every week by a scribbled, erroneously-read or improperly filled prescription medicine, several thouands of additional people killed in America every single week by invasive, unnecessary surgery.
The proof that it's unnecessary is that so many of them die within days, weeks, or months.

If you want to live longer, and better, you absolutely must take command of your medical care, instead of trusting a man or woman who's driving a Mercedes Benz and has stock options that your misery, or the pain of your child paid for. For those who cry that doctors go to school for many years and should be generously compensated, we have a choice: we can agree that they should be well-paid, and see that they are, without them becoming millionaires off of other people's pain and misery, or we can say,
"Pfui!! If financial wealth is what you want, sell something for a living, or write great songs, or paint ten thousand houses: medicine used to be and once again needs to be reserved exclusively for those who wish to serve others more than they wish to serve their personal appetites."
Driving an $80,000 dollar car to impress your neighbors instead of an equally safe $10,000 car, while investing the other $70,000 saving the lives of starving people? Speaks for itself, doesn't it? (Don't neglect to include in such computations the additional insurance, vanity plates, and aggravation over scratched paint, or the cost of thousands of expensive cars being stolen every week).

You don't need to be a rocket scientist to see the immutable and eternally unchanging logic of this.

When you find foods that you really like, for example, that just HAPPEN to promote good health while simultaneously repairing some of the damage we do to our bodies, we are instantly killing three birds with one stone:
  1. Eating delicious foods, which is critical to the health of your soul, and your attitudes;
  2. Promoting good health, which brings a long list of benefits from better moods and better sex to increased productivity, higher incomes and liking yourself more;
  3. Repairing at least some of the damage we regularly commit to our health. Right now, you're breathing in tens of millions of free radicals each day, ugly scavengers that very literally eat your body and accelerates aging along with profoundly increasing the likelihood of heart disease, blood diseases, and more. There are many tasty foods that address these issues directly, quickly, and to far greater benefit than vitamins or 'repair jobs' by your doctor.

Do you understand that red foods that come out of the ground, from watermelon or tomatoes to cantaloupe or carrots, instantaneously
  • increases the strength of your immune system,
  • effectively delays a great deal of what we call 'physical aging factors,'
  • AND
  • fights off cancer, AND promotes oxygenation and immediately healthier blood,
  • significantly higher brain function, and more?!!

All these benefits, and a dozen or more others, all from eating red foods. You think you're intelligent? Please, don't tell us; show us. What you do speaks so loudly you need not flap your gums at us. We already know who and what you are. You have proved it in these past 24 hours, and you're proving it in these current 24 hours, and you will add even more to the proof in the next 24 hours, and the next, won't you?

In fact, you ate just a few hours ago, and you'll be eating again in the next few hours. What are you going to eat? Far more importantly than what it shows the world, even more importantly than how your diet will end up impacting others, the simple fact is, your next meal will tell YOU plenty about yourself, where you're going, and how much time you probably have left in this world.

Yes, folks, science is that far advanced over previous centuries to the point that we can even estimate within a matter of months the date of your likely departure from this life based in no small measure upon what your very next meal is. We already know that you possess the gift of logic; what remains for us to see today is whether you possess the more critical gift of using that gift of logic.
In the long-running argument/debate/feud that has existed between those who subscribe to the Asklepian view (doctors, who try to fix things from the outside in), and Hygeans, who believe in strengthening the body's naturally present resources to successfully defeat any challenges to the body, there is a huge gap. Huge as in unbridgeable. Even as professors of medicine, such as our erstwhile Surgeon General, Dr. C. Everett Koop, or Dr. Andrew Weil, and so many other highly-qualified conventional practicioners, move us all closer to the Hygean approach, too many more argue on behalf of externally-produced chemical and pharmacologic approaches to disease. They make more money. That should be the end of the story.

One would think that a close look at the two syllables that comprise the word disease would suffice to guide us all towards making better, healthier decisions. Sad to say, humans still seek that lazy way out, relying on what they believe to be the fast-fix of chemical intervention.

One of these days, the majority of people will understand just why a prescription is required for these chemical weapons used against disease and infection: in every single case, the drug is so dangerous it requires a doctor's signed order for its use. That's precisely what a prescription is. Without exception, every single prescription medicine has ancillary effects that are usually lethal or life-alteringly unpleasant. Whether it's antibiotics, which work specifically by attacking the immune system in order to make it work harder, or most of the topical treatments for skin disease, which have side effects like destroyed liver function, renal impairment, or a host of drugs that have spawned resistent strains of bacteria that no longer respond to conventional treatment or the drugs that were invented to kill them off, the human race is now facing it's second great wave of medical challenge: how to change over, or, rather, to change BACK to the naturopathic route to wholeness, which is the actual translation and meaning of the word "healing."
In every walk of our oldest civilizations, particularly the Oriental, natural and herbal approaches persistently and consistently outperform chemical approaches.

Look at the perfect example of cruciforms such as broccoli and cauliflower. Including these marvels of nature in your regular diet is irrefutably vital to fighting the onset of cancers and other oft-lethal assaulters of our natural wholeness. Fresh broccoli several times per week in your diet is of far, even exponentially, greater impact and benefit than a dozen fat daily vitamin pills. Increasing the number of deep, really deep breaths you take each day, and the amount of water that you drink, not only cures several dozen different maladies in and of themselves, but as well, serve to boost immune function observably, and measurably.

Did you know that anything and everything that is red which grows in the ground has a triple effect of being anti-carcenogic, immune-boosting, and anti-aging?

Eat these things regularly and feel for yourself what wonders they work when you are consistent about ingesting them.

Stop looking for the quick fixes of medicines, or even vitamins. Fresh fruits and vegetables, a gallon of water each day, and many, MANY more deep breaths of fresh air, even if it's relatively 'dirty' metropolitan air, all work individually AND corporately to provide you with a profoundly healthier physical environment in which to live, dream, and enjoy your turn on the carousel of life. Even better, this approach does not take years, or even months to yield significant effect; it's generally just a day or three before you begin feeling more energy, more vitality, more problem-solving ability, so you need not take anyone's word for it: just do it and see for yourself.

I realize you think this is great stuff, & applies to most people, but not you. What you do speaks so loudly I can’t hear a word you’re saying. You’re now entering the most powerful minute of your life.

What are you doing with it?
No need to say; actions speak loudest, yes?
